What: Household Item Drive sponsored by the TCBF Community Outreach Committee (“COC”).
Why: To provide assistance and support to families and individuals in making the transition from the Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless to their own homes or apartments by preparing fifty (50) “housewarming kits.”
When: The drive will be held Monday, July 8, 2013 to Wednesday, July 31, 2013.
Where: Items will be collected at your place of business and packed into boxes provided by the COC (available at the Tulsa County Bar Center together with a list of specific items and an assembly tip sheet) and then delivered to the Bar Center no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2013.

Criteria for the Liberty Bell Award
The award recognizes a person or persons who have:
- Promoted a better understanding of the rule of law
- Encouraged a greater respect for law and the courts
- Stimulated a sense of civic responsibility
- Contributed to good government in the community
The members of the TCBF Law Day Committee are currently accepting nominations for the Liberty Bell Award. The Liberty Bell Award was established more than 35+ years ago to acknowledge outstanding community service. The Liberty Bell is presented to a layperson, a man or woman, who has promoted a better understanding of the rule of law, encouraged greater respect for law and the courts, stimulated a sense of civic responsibility, or contributed to good government in the community.
